The name has actually changed to Windtree Inn, but I don't agree with
wolf. The new management has changed the property quite a bit.
It might be under old management when he stayed, so he might want to try
again. Their rooms are actually nice and large. The downside is they
don't have a pool. i
stayed here once due to not getting a room down the road, i was
pleasantly surprised at the quality of it. it was as nice as alot of the
more expensive chains ive stayed in and it was ONLY 50$!!!!!! if your
on a budget and want a decent stay, this is your place!! i would easily
stay here again.
Folkloris - November 11, 2008 4 out of 5 stars If you're looking for a quiet place, away from busy highways, you'll
like the Windtree Inn. It's under new management, which has improved the
property significantly. My only complaint is that the pillows seemed to
be encased in a material made of semi-stiff rubber, which was not very
comfortable.
JosephT26 - November 26, 2007 5 out of 5 starsThis motel is no less than Super 8, or Best value inn or any other
franchise. It has a lot of amenities. It is in a really quiet area and
the rooms are really nice and comfortable. The only bad thing is that
there aren't many restaurants close by except a cafe called Gloria's
port house cafe and a Burger King.

This was the most dreadful place I have ever stay at. rooms were not
clean, when they were cleaned the maids did not make the beds, you had
to personally go & get more towels, rooms were flea infested,
Management did nothing about it. I would not even send my worst enemy to
this "hotel". for health and safety please do NOT stay at this hotel. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
